The Indian fast bowler’s wife Hasin Jahan has made some serious allegations on him that Shami abused her physically and mentally many times, was also involved in several extra-marital affairs and even he was involved in match-fixing.
However Shami refused all the allegations made by her wife and said that someone was misleading his wife.
After his wife posted screenshots of his alleged ‘WhatsApp’ and ‘Facebook Messenger’ conversations with multiple women on her Facebook account, Shami posted a message on his Facebook account and Twitter handle.

Talking to the media earlier, Shami said, “Hasin and her family have been saying that we will sit and sort out all issues, but I don’t know who has been misleading her”.
“As far as allegation of compromising my performance while playing for the country is concerned, I would rather die than do something like this,” he added.
Responding to the match-fixing allegations levelled by his wife on Thursday, the fast bowler said to ABP news in an interview, “She has lost her mental balance, all the allegations made by Hasin are baseless and she will have to provide evidence to prove them. I’ve been trying to reach her by phone but she is not picking my calls.”
